Refund Policy

1. Professional services
Veloza Tech Solutions provides professional consulting, configuration, implementation, and training services. Because our work is customized to each client and begins immediately after onboarding, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the terms below.
2. Deposit and cancellation
A deposit may be required to reserve project start dates. Clients may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full deposit refund, provided no work has been performed. After work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied toward completed and scheduled work.
3. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be issued when Veloza Tech Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables documented in the signed proposal or statement of work, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable cure period. Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by the client not providing required access, content, or feedback
- Third-party software costs, subscriptions, or API usage fees
- Results that differ from expectations when the system was delivered as specified
4. Refund process
To request a refund, contact us at velozatechsolutions@gmail.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review within 5 business days and respond with a decision or a request for additional information. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve concerns directly. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal remedy.
