Deliverables are defined in a signed proposal or statement of work.
3. Client responsibilities

7. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, or operational results. Outcomes depend on market conditions, client execution, data quality, and ongoing use of the implemented systems.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed through the termination date, and any prepaid amounts for unperformed work may be refunded at our discretion.
9. Governing law
